Cookies:

• I do not copy other artists designs.

• I do take inspiration from invitations, color palettes, etc., that you provide, but I will not copy cookie designs.

• I work best with creative freedom, however I do take your ideas and inspiration into consideration when designing your order.

• By paying your invoice, you are acknowledging that I will have creative freedom and will not be copying any photos of other bakers designs or providing any proofs of artwork or designs to be approved prior to creating your order.

• Please see my instagram page for examples of my work prior to submitting your request.

• Orders cancelled 2 weeks or less, prior to pick-up, are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Orders that are paid in full and are cancelled with more than 2 weeks notice will be refunded 50% of  total , minus any NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that has been made.

Workshops & Classes:

• Workshops and classes intended for adults may be attended by children 13 and up if a paying adult accompanies them.

• Classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable.

• In the event that a class must be rescheduled for emergency reasons, you will have the option of a full refund if you are unable to attend the new date. 

 

PAYMENT:

• Payment in full is required to confirm your order and secure your pick-up date. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receipt, or your date may be given to the next customer.

• If order is placed more than 2 weeks prior to pick-up date AND total is over $250, I will allow a 50%, NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your pick-up date. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to pick-up.

• I accept payment through PayPal, Venmo or cash. Other forms of payment may be accepted if prior arrangements are made.
