Custom orders require at least 2 weeks notice. OTHERWISE (if I am able to accommodate A rush order) there will be a 25% rush fee added to your invoice.

Order Pick-up is Friday or Saturday. Orders will be ready by 5pm. If you need your order earlier than Friday or Saturday, please request a pick up date for the week prior. Cookies stay fresh for at least 2 weeks without refrigeration or freezing. if you will need to store longer than that, I always include freezing instructions with your order.

MINIMUM ORDER is 2 dozen cookies per theme and flavor. minis are available as an add-on to compliment your set, however, I am not accepting orders for minis only.

The Sugared Squirrel will have creative freedom with the design of your cookie order based on your requests. You will not receive proofs of designs prior to completing your order. Please do not send photos of cookies for inspiration unless they were made by me. Feel free to send photos of decor, clothing, flowers, colors, etc., that will be used for your event, for design inspiration.

If I have availability for your requested date, I will send your invoice ASAP. If invoice is not paid within 24 hours of receipt, your date will become available to the next customer.

*Designs may include the use of edible art techniques such as hand painting, airbrushing, isomalt (sugar work), molding chocolate, hand lettering, edible papers and glitters, etc. I do not use tiered pricing in order to allow creative freedom as well as freedom to use any edible mediums to create one of a kind, edible works of art for my clients. I do not create licensed character cookies or copy any artwork unless it has been purchased for this purpose or the original artist has given permission for me to use their art.Some packaging options such as boxes and bows are an added charge. however, all cookies come either heat sealed or on a disposable serving platter included.
